The techs had no idea how long before it would be back up. I turned off my computer and went out to run my weekly errands. When I turned the computer back on in the afternoon, the internet was back. The service is never down, and it is cheaper as well. Connections are fast enough for me. Afterall, I don't aim to be the "first" one to get connected :)) It only takes seconds for me to get on. mousie…I have had Verizon DSL for several years now, and I love it!
