		<description>:)   Glad to see the town has made sure those two important events are on different week-ends! I remember two years ago, TA&#039;s graduation in 2007, my son graduated and the yard sale was on the same day. I had called the town a few months before questioning about both events being on the same day, but since it had already been arranged/publicly advertised, they could not change the date. They said they would try to make sure that in the future both events would be on different days. Looks like they are living up to their promise...ooh rah for the town!</description>
